With over 26 years of experience, she has been consistently recognized by her peers as one of the best in the beauty and wellness industry. Her leadership includes guiding women through her self-designed and written Ultimate Lifestyle Transformational Program, Fit & Festive 28-Day Healthy Holiday Challenge and has lead more than 1,500 yoga classes in Los Angeles and hosting 25+ yoga and surf retreats in Morocco, coached and counseled women on The LA Rape & Battery Hotline, empowering women from all walks of life.
