Everyone! All ages are welcome.

What are the benefits of surfing?

Similar to yoga, the benefits of surfing are:

When can I surf?

Surfing is a year round sport!

Where can I surf?

Each break is dependent upon swell, tide, and wind. We will take you to the best breaks for your comfort and level.

What do I wear to go surfing?

When in Greater Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego during the summer, you can wear bathing suits and swim trunks or a 1-2mm wetsuit. During the winter, a 3/2 or a 4/3 wetsuit is advised. We supply you with your wetsuit for your lesson. If you would like to bring your own, by all means, do so.

What do I bring to my lesson?

Bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, water and a snack!

Who is my instructor?

Your instructor knows the ins and out of the water like the back of their hands! They have been surfing most of their lives and breathe, eat and live surfing! They are CPR and first aid certified.

How shall I prepare for my lesson?


Make sure to eat something light and be well hydrated before you paddle out. Come with a good attitude, ready to have a blast and ride waves!
